Two lawns, front and back, wrapped in old trees. Big enough for a wedding function, quiet enough for a morning chai.
The pool is fully indoors, so a July downpour or a hot May afternoon doesn’t cancel the pool party. Open 2:30 PM to 10 PM.
Full kitchen, a bar counter and room for everyone on the sofas. Outside caterers are welcome.
Billiards, table tennis and an all-in-one gym machine. Cricket, badminton and football kit are on the house too.

Good to know
House rules
A few things that keep the house safe and happy for everyone. We'll share the full list when you book.
Check-in & ID
- Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 10:30 AM. Late check-out depends on availability and may cost extra.
- A refundable security deposit is due before check-in.
- Valid government ID for every guest and a full guest list before arrival.
Pool
- Open 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
- No glassware in the pool area. Broken glass near the pool carries a ₹50,000 penalty.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Music & noise
- Music outdoors until 10:00 PM; indoors any time at a reasonable volume.
- Please keep noise considerate after 10:00 PM.
Alcohol & smoking
- Beer cans are fine; beer bottles are not allowed.
- No smoking inside. Smoke only in the marked outdoor areas.
- No hookah.
Visitors
- Outside visitors need prior approval. Unapproved visitors are charged ₹5,000 each.
- No visitors after 11:30 PM unless agreed in advance.
Damages & care
- Damage is charged at repair or replacement cost.
- Please don't rearrange furniture without asking.
- Keep doors and windows closed to keep insects out, and please don't feed stray animals.
